Front Desk Agent/ 3rd Shift

Assist with completing nightly audit process; ensure proper accounting and credit procedures are being maintained. Report any irreconcilable Flash discrepancies to accounting management immediately. Check guest in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted / fulfilled and accurate information is established. • Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds. • Maintain house bank and handle all checks and cash according to Hotel policies and procedures. • Promote and sell special hotel programs, special rate packages, and up grades when appropriate. • Answer the telephone in a professional manner and assist guests with any questions, directions to the property etc. • Communicate with all departments regarding in house VIP’s and any special needs. • Maintain an up to date working knowledge of all hotel amenities as well as any special events. Responsibilities include assisting with (but are not limited to) the following: * Design enhancements and production updates to consumer websites * Design of HTML email campaigns and landing pages * Development of online ads Experience and skills required: * A strong aesthetic sense and excellent attention to detail * Ability to carry out a concept from start to completion * Experience with designing websites, microsites and rich emails * Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines * A good understanding of information architecture and effective usability techniques * Solid graphic production skills * Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Fireworks * Flash animation experience a definite plus * Online advertising experience also a plus This is a PT hourly junior/entry level postion.

Housekeeping

Room Attendant

Clean assigned rooms/suites according to standards. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting and arranging furniture. Place and restock useable items in the rooms/suites including paper items, soap and towels. Clean exterior entry areas and hallways. Maintain and restock housekeeping cart each day. Responsible for the proper administration of key control for issued keys and keys left by guests in rooms/suites/ Bring all lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper's office for logging and storage. Notify Executive Housekeeper immediately of any out of ordinary situation in the guestrooms/suites. Accommodate guests' special requests. Ensure confidentiality and security of the room/suite. Keep linen closets and supply areas organized and tidy. Report any maintenance needs, handle guests' requests and/or complaints.

Admissions

Will greet and collect admission for Water Park guest Good communication skills, experience handling financial transactions a plus - Able to work outdoors -flexible schedules

Weddings

Administrative Assistant

Will help with all administrative duties in busy sales wedding office. Requirements for this position are: handling incoming and outing correspondence for the sales wedding department: File correspondence and documents; answer telephone calls and handle enquiries professionally; assist with preparation of contracts, proposals and detailing of BEO's; prepare files and documents and presentations for periodic meetings; assist in completing sales and catering tracking reports and prepare and update office supplies; prepare packets and mail informational materials. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills. Job Requirements: Business communications skills. Working knowledge of word processing software; Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. Previous admin and Delphi experience is desirable..
